Brief Profile

• Smruti is currently working as Direct Tax Manager at RRCO, where she began her career as an articled assistant. She advises clients on various aspects of direct taxation, including compliance, assessments, and representation before the Income Tax Authorities, Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal

• With hands-on experience in assessment proceedings and appellate matters, she offers practical tax solutions to both individuals and corporates. She is also actively involved in the firm’s Transfer Pricing assignments, supporting the growth of its international tax practice
